This article will talk about the principles of the development of pedagogical thinking in future educators through the subject “Theory and history of Pedagogy”. The history of the evolutionary development of pedagogical science in different periods, its peculiarities, the role of Pedagogy of the past and present in the upbringing of the younger generation are revealed.
