Abstract

This article focuses on reforming the administrative apparatus in Vietnam in the context of international integration. Vietnam has been
going through a process of deep integration with the world, through international trade and economic agreements, especially the
Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Economic Partnership (CPTPP) and the Vietnam - EU Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA).
