Patients, depending on the total indicator of the diagonal dimensions of the face, are divided into mesodiagonal, microdiagonal, and macrodiagonal types. It has been established that the linear cephalometric parameters and dimensional values of the alveolar arches in people with complete loss of teeth and a macrodiagonal type of face are statistically significantly higher than similar linear parameters in patients with meso- and microdiagonal types. In contrast, the difference between the index values in these patients is statistically unreliable.
