The article presents the methods and conditions for conducting experiments, as well as the results of experiments conducted to substantiate the parameters and rational values of the operating mode of the ripper. For experimental studies, the design of a combined unit has been developed, as well as its prototype and rippers with different lengths, widths and working surfaces have been manufactured.
